All listed parts and Labor warranties above are provided by the manufacturer for the allotted time indicated on individual quote. Any licensed service provider may honor the parts and labor warranty. Parts & labor warranties assures you that any repairs needed to the system within the allotted time period will have all the systems component parts and labor to install them covered. System is defined as all the parts contained within the indoor unit & outdoor unit. Refrigerant is not covered due to its always fluctuating costs. These warranties and guarantees are valid for all repairs needed to the system during the allotted time period under the following conditions: Only allow Superior Heating & Air to work on the system. The system must have an up to date and current yearly maintenance program maintained by Superior Heating & Air on the system. The warranties and guarantees apply to the equipment we installed only and do not cover, unless specifically stated in writing: Maintenance items, dirty filters, clogged drains, smells, existing electrical (breakers, wiring, conduit), existing duct work, existing line sets, special access to equipment (cranes, structural), wells, or well pumps & accessories, any 3rd party related services, accessories not replaced at time of system replacement (zone equipment, UV Lights, filtration systems), or acts of nature. Any maintenance work recommended but not performed may void all warranties. All warranty work will be performed during normal business hours of 8 am to 6 pm Mon – Fri. Any work requested after those hours can be performed but will be billed at our current hourly rate. Lifetime refers to the original owner’s life or the sale of the house, whatever comes first.
